Getting an Accurate Reading When Gauge Heats Up: You should vent or cool a liquid filled 0-15 psi gauge when it gets hot to ensure an accurate reading. To cool: wrap the gauge case with a wet cold towel. Once the gauge temp comes down to ambient your reading will be accurate. To vent: push the vent plug to the side a little to equalize the gauge case pressure with the atmospheric pressure. Once the gauge case pressure is equalized your reading will be accurate.

Awesome buy, have the high and low units on the aeromotive EFI to carb duel pressure regulator (high is under the braided lines in pic) and they are great, haven't leaked at all, and look awesome. Saved money and still have a quality gauge. They fluctuate after driving because expansion/contraction of liquid and high heat in engine bay, it is fitted with a manual pressure relief if you need to take reading after it's been driven. I personally make my adjustments after it's idled to operating temp. I'll release pressure if any is in it, then adjust my fuel pressure. After initially dialing it in, unless there is any mechanical reason like a new fuel pump or whatever, there are typically few pressure adjustments needed. I just check mine periodically for my own assurance that everything is in good operating condition. Mine haven't leaked a drop off fluid so far, I couldn't be happier with them and recommend to anyone.

This gauge is great, but was a bit frustrating at first! When I initially installed it would read higher after just a few minutes of idling. However, after consulting my dad about the gauge he mentioned to remove the liquid inside. I was doubtful, but again he was right! These type of gauges are susceptible to heat related fluctuations. I know without a doubt that removing the liquid solved the "over-time" increase in fuel pressure and subsequent frustration with my purchase. 6 PSI ALL DAY now.

This is a good quality gauge for less than what others are going for of the same or lower quality. Although the company is in SoCal, most of their stuff appears to be Chinese import but so far the QC has been high and we have had no problems.

Great meter. Works perfectly. I originally bought a Mr Gasket meter from local auto parts store but returned due to defective. This Marshal works great and looks even better on my SBC Holly plumbing.

This came with no instructions. On the gauge it said that the vinyl fill nipple should be cut to equalize pressure in the gauge. It should be at the top of the gauge, but I angled it up 45 degrees and the silicone oil leaked.Marshall responded to my inquiry and said that it works fine without the oil, and that the oil will stop coming out as soon as it reaches a level below the nipple.In any case, the gauge works fine and it looks good. Just make sure it is installed with the face parallel to the ground.It might even work without cutting the nipple. I imaging a lot of people do not try to follow the label on the gauge.

So far so good! This gauge is right on the money and fit perfect. It arrived on time and damage free. I do notice that some of the liquid comes out every no and again once I cut the nipple. It hasn’t been much, so I’m not worried. Great gauge and looks slick!
