This small ottoman is from the Martha Stewart Perry Street Collection. There are only three pieces to assemble and it appeared to be quite an easy task with the Allen wrench, hardware, and instructions provided. However, the holes on the backside of our cushion did not align well with the metal legs, and it required two people for assembly: one to put great pressure on the legs to bend it slightly, and the other to insert the hardware when we could finally get the holes aligned. What should have probably been a 3-5 minute task took about 20 minutes. But, we got it assembled and I'm in love! The golden finish on the legs coupled with the thick, cream-colored cushion is heavenly. It's very comfortable! I added it to my shower room as a small bench (see photo). It does not sit level, which is a bummer, but when I sit on it, it does not rock side-to-side, so I'm good with that. It feels very sturdy and the specifications state it can support up to 300 lbs. It really adds a touch of luxury to my bathroom and it was soo close to 5 stars! Love it.

It's more beige and gray than ivory and gray. Very cheaply made. Feels like fabric wrapped cardboard. Only pro is that it's a good size.

The Martha Stewart Markus Accent Ottoman is an absolute breeze to put together. It came with the top separate from the metal legs, and had directions and all of the pieces and tools needed to assemble it. It was out of the box and all in one piece quickly and easily.This ottoman is stunning in person. It might be my lighting, but I think the picture made it look slightly more white on top than it appears in person. It's a bit of a darker cream with almost a golden sort of sheen to the velvet top. It's upholstered with a beautiful, soft velvety fabric without any excess fuzz.I think my favourite thing about this piece however, is the surprising level of comfort I noticed the second I sat down on it. This thing is PLUSH! The seat is wide enough to accommodate even the most generously filled out backside, and the cushion feels so soft and springy. I'm sure if it had a back rest, I could fall asleep sitting on it.It's very lightweight and easy to carry around. It makes a great footrest, or extra seating. I can't decide where it will live permanently, so I think for now, my kitchen and bathroom will share custody of what is pretty much my new favourite seat in the house. I highly recommend this item.

I have a sofa set from Cosmo Living that this almost matches exactly. The color of the stool is a bit darker than the sofa and chairs but instead of looking like it doesn't match it offers a nice contrast. There was no assembly required. It was ready right out of the box, which is always a plus. The quality is great. It's a beautiful accent piece. My kids actually use it to sit on rather than for their feet. If you wear shoes in the house and plan on using it as a foot rest, take into consideration that the fabric shows dirt VERY easily. Overall it meets my needs perfectly but it may not be right for someone looking for a footrest for people wearing shoes.

The ottoman is 18x 18 x 18.75 inches. It has a gold metal frame and a softish velvety, thick, and sturdy white / beige cushion. It’s comfortable to sit on and can support my weight.It is relatively easy to assemble. The chair comes in three separate parts: the top cushion and two metal frames that lock into one another. It comes with detailed instructions. All you have to do is take the allen wrench provided and put the bolts and washers in place. I had a bit of trouble putting the bolts and washers into the cushion. My advice would be to place all the bolts & washers in place and push them in halfway. Once you have done that to all 8 holes, go ahead and tighten each bolt.

I was afraid that this ottoman would be a bit flimsy when put together but it’s actually quite sturdy, level, and very comfortable. The fabric is velvety soft and does not create any fuzz, and the cushion feels responsive and not too firm. Assembly was minimal and very easy. All needed hardware comes packaged with the ottoman.This ottoman adds a nice accent to any room, and the golden-finished legs combine well with the creamy cushion, making it look elegant and classy. Pictures don't do it justice. It is also somewhat larger than I expected, and you can comfortably use it even for sitting, not just for your legs. Overall, it’s a beautiful and high-quality piece that I am very happy with and would definitely recommend!
