Just in case there’s any confusion, this pack is 12 sheets each of 5 colors, not 5 colored sections per sheet. It’s 6mm ruled which means it’s more narrow than US wide ruled (8.7mm) and even more narrow than US college ruled (7.1mm). The header is larger than I’d prefer, as I’m not a student, but many will appreciate you get a “No.†and “Date†field at the right top. Little indicators directly under the header will also allow you to draw straight vertical lines, should you desire to separate your notes into columns.My absolute favorite Japanese paper is the insanely thick and buttery Kokuyo’s Campus CYO-BO, but it’s difficult to find in the US (outside of notebook bound and loose leaf graph). So when I need ruled sheets, Maruman will more than do. I also appreciate that most of the colors in this set can be also be purchased individually; if you have a project that you might want refills for, stick to using the pink, blue and yellow as these are the easiest colors to find. At 80g/21lb, this somehow isn’t much heavier than standard copier paper yet it feels 2x as beefy. We Americans get a lot of things right but in stationary goods? Not even a contest. Only problem is once you’ve ditched the hideous cheap and scratchy American stuff, it’s hard to ever return.

I love the feel and sizing of this paper and the color is fantastic. It has several sheets of each color and has a soft feel and finish to the paper. Yet the paper is durable and stands up to fountain abs permanent ink. Great for planners, letters, or doodling. It makes me smile just seeing that extra little something when I use it.

I prefer using colored paper over white paper for writing and I prefer using 26 hole B5 size notebooks as I find they are better for carrying with you as you go from place to place (e.g., home to office or home to restaurant or other destination). I like this assortment of paper but i wish I could order just one color such as green (which I find has the most eye appeal).

It's exactly as I expected, good paper in beautiful pastel colors. The paper is not too thin and my highlighters don't bleed through.

Estas hojas de colores son un magmifico complemento para la organización de notas que te permiten estos cuadernos japoneses con espirales que se abren y cierran. Estoy empezando a usarlos y solo un pero es el precio y que no pueda pedirse todo en un pack (el archivo, las hojas blancas y las de coores: son cuatro viajes a correos evitables!!!)
