My toddler got this from her dad for her birthday, and she loves snuggling on Ghostie or going to sleep curled up on it as both a pillow and stuffie. It's a toddler pillow, and toddler-pillow sized. A normal pillowcase will be too big for this item, and I'm not sure a larger kid or an adult would enjoy this item but it's perfect for a toddler.
