I wore mine all night - It was comfortable . My husband wears glasses and he put them on over the mask and it worked. The color matched the silk coat I wore.

Bought for an event and love it! The molded mask fit comfortably on my face and was great quality too. I saw some people mentioned that the tie strap came off but mine stayed all night! Such a great price for a beautiful mask!

Are you kidding?!? 2 gorgeous masks at this price?!?I was only looking for the half red/black mask to put the finishing touch on a costume. Instead (Dang!) I had to get 2 pieces having such intricate lace and glitter work for just pennies from my budget. Background: I love masks! I try to incorporate them into festive events I host: Halloween, Mardi Gras, New Years, a certain hubby’s semi-centennial blow-out weekend. Who doesn’t revel in the escape behind a mysterious alternate ego? Personas can be changed or quickly removed and you don’t need a major wardrobe to accomplish this. To feed this passion, I’ve paid quite some bills to get or make that requisite mask. That’s why these two visions were such a surprise. Are they perfect? No. With a DIY spirit, I made simple modifications for aesthetics and comfort. First of all, they’re one size and I’d say not gender specific. The much desired red/black (‘Ryan Reynolds eat your deadpan heart out’) one is made of a molded plastic. It’s structurally firm; not paper wobbly. The horn/flame-like peaks are a great ghoulish feature, but the center point curved in on my forehead. I simply rubbed the material outwards ‘till it fit comfortably. Unlike the flowered mask, the headband was fixed and too loose on me. A snip with the scissors and the elastic band became adjustable. The red beaded/white lace mask has a more pliable base with an impressive mixed-textured floral burst that can be intrusive to the right eye. If I didn’t want that mysterious half hidden vision, another snip with the scissors would nip the bud or simply pressing the petal back into the bloom will remedy this. I’m thinking of using a black magic marker in the center of the floret to give more depth to an otherwise attractive display, but that would depend on what I wear it with. As mentioned, the headband is two ribbons securely fastened to either side of the mask. Tie them as snug as you wish. No smell. Not heavy. Again, the detail on both these masks is exquisite... and for this price = Wow! A surprisingly easy accessory to eat, drink, and be seen in!

I like that the red is so bright on these masks. This is a nice couples set to wear to a masquerade party. They are different but complement the other. These are comfortable to wear. It’s a sturdy plastic. The decorations are elegantly done.
