Installed today on an 2000 Chevy silverado 5.3 . and right away a big difference. All codes turned off. My issues were cold engine start in the morning would idle high the drop to wanting to turn off dying . But hard idle and then back to normal once warming engine up . Installed this in the morning fired it up and back to normal cold start . Smooth as butter . Hope it last for a good while .

My Yukon was throwing an occasional Mass Air code, which would fix itself after a few runs. Sprayed it with MAF cleaner and it held off for awhile, until it showed up again. You can clean a sensor, but eventually it will need changing. This is a great deal compared to OEM, and I've yet to see a code since I replaced it. Only took about 5 minutes to pop the hose clamp off the intake and swap everything out.

I Installed it and initially it worked well and cleared the MAF error code for one day. On the second day while in city traffic the throttle response became erratic and the engine power cut and returned rapidly, it was like someone was turning the engine off and on with a switch very quickly causing the Suburban to lurch and buck. It made it difficult to even pull over, which is a safety concern. I checked the engine codes, and it was a MAF sensor error. I replaced it with an Eichlin MAF sensor (made in USA) and issue disappeared and has stayed fixed after several weeks.

We had to replace the oem one because it started to fail after 20 years. It fit just like the oem one did now it runs better.

Threw low frequency codes on my truck, cheap chinese garbage and cost me 50$ in gas in 2 10km trip if you need sensors buy oem just bought an ac delco and works like a charm
