- Disconnect the connector on the MAF sensor,Remove the bolts with a 7mm socket and ratchet or Phillips screwdriver,Remove the MAF sensor.

Easy install . In as little as a few minutes. Cleared the CEL for the Mass air flow code. Works as described. Make sure to count the pins for your model. This is a split year for GM products they can be 5 pin or 8 pin for later model year vehicles.

There is no sense in wasting money or time on this product, especially if you are a busy person. Item didn't work and I thought maybe it was a wiring issue in our car, I was very busy this summer and didn't get back to it again until today. It was a faulty Item from the start. I bought one from autozone and it finally fixed the car. Just pony up for a major parts store or OEM. This is the 4th cheap electrical part and all of them was failures out of the box. We all wanna save money, but buying these cheap electrical components is not saving us money. Sensor quality is no good
