This was just as described. I was unable to fit a padlock on my gate, but the construction of this gadget made it possible, and I could add a padlock to it to secure my gate. Perfect!

I give 5 stars to this item due to it's balance price quality even though, this jaw is very light and simple it is a safety device and the idea is to use Lockout Tagout system which no one should try to break one. Considering that this item works for what it was made and for a low price

I purchased this to use with my son's "unlock the box" challenges I create for him and it works perfectly. I am able to latch this on the box and them put three or four different types of locks on the hasp.

Use this combined with the red safety lockout from master lock. Besides locking a breaker or panel, it speaks a warning to others. Zip ties or luggage locks are too tempting to remove..
