Don't understand neg. reviews. Excellent product good as any I've used. Naturally rubber magnets are not as strong as the metal type, and a narrow rubber magnet will have less force than a wide one. But a long strip of this clings just fine to a metal surface. Spoke with tech support engineer about the adhesive. It is good quality. For long term bond, apply compression for 24+ hours while curing. We are using this on our magnetic-backed LED strips at wolf-lighting.com.

I had this great idea that my granddaughter and I could make our own word magnets to go with the ones I already have. This magnetic strip is the only one I found that is the same size. It is working well. I cut it to the length of an index card, stick on index cards cut in strips that are a little wider, write words, then cover them with scotch tape so they will stay cleaner, and trim off the excess paper and tape before cutting the words apart (easier if you trim from the back side). I hope it will be as much fun to use them as it is to make them.
