Well. We ordered two of these. Great product. Unfortunately, one was broken during delivery and we just opened the box and figured that out. It is past the return window. Guess we need to open boxes sooner.

Bought it for $115.99 for office use. It broke after a couple weeks (if both knobs are not tightened very securely, it has a mind of it's own!) I requested a return explaining it broke and we had already recycled the box - asking the best way to repackage it. Got an email late on a Wednesday afternoon that the refund would be around $93.24 if I returned it be Sunday (no help with repackaging). We don't have office hours Friday, Saturday or Sunday - and my Thursday was booked. Finally got it to UPS today after "Frankenstein-ing" a make-shift box out of scraps of cardboard. Just got an email that our refund will be $70.04 - so we lost $45 to this terrible dry erase board!! Very unhappy with this whole transaction. (I left "seller feedback" too but they limit your response)

This particular dry erase board is excellent! Nearly 10 years ago I purchased a board like this one (In fact, it looked identical to the current one), and I was pleased with it. Unfortunately, I gave it away and discovered that I could still use such a presentational tool. This newer version appears to be even better; it seems lighter and therefore easier to carry and manuever. This particular board allows the presenter to "unfold it," set it up in a couple of minutes--literally. Likewise, it is just as easy (actually easier) to "unfold" it after a presentation! Considering the quality of this item and the low price, it is a great bargain--and a great presentational tool! I cannot imagine a better portable dry erase board.

According to the video, the board should be magnetic. But the item I received is not magnetic. Will return the product

We first bought it about a week ago. The box it was shipped in was torn with partial tape holding it together. I opened the box and started to take out the item and it just fell apart as it was getting out of the box. The corner pieces were broken, a part of the actual board was chipped. The frame holding the board comes off like butter. Got a replacement by Amazon and the same situation occurred. This time it didn't fall apart but the same problems with the frame where there. The glue that holds the frame is practically useless. The corners brake, I'm assuming it's because the board is able to shuffle around breaking the frame. It seems to be a design problem, the frame is bigger than the board.
