I use these foam core boards to tape my pastel paper to while I'm working on a project. It easily clips to a drawing board that sits on my easel. They are light weight but also sturdy and keep the paper from curing. After I'm finished I remove the tape and use the same foam core for storing my work and also as a backer board for shipping. I used to cut down big sheets but these are pre-cut to 11 x 14 and work well for 9 x 12 paper. They are very convenient an I would recommend them.

These work so well for mounting 8 x 10 photos. We used them for a photo contest, and it couldn’t have been easier!

These are kinda handsome right off the bat, before using them for anything. When I cover them on both sides with papers using two kinds of glue, they require only to be kept under a board for a couple days and they don't bend as glue dries. That's what I needed so I'm satisfied to extreme.

Quality set of mat boards. Cut evenly and had nice thickness. I used to mount a grade school class art project. The price was within my budget.

This is a great value buy - good for everyday, "practice," or kid use. The mats are cut well, all the same size, and the paper is firmly attached to the center core. The only downside (and it's really not that - more of a "make sure you note this" - since it's quite clear in the product info) is that it's not as thick as the more expensive foam core - which mades sense. I'd definitely buy this again.

I sell 8 x 10 prints and these are amazing and professional. Why do people leave bad reviews when they "thought" a product did or did not do something. It's a mat board plain and simple and I will keep ordering these. Best I could find so far.
