i started with one of these about six months ago. I now have three that have gotten lots of use. I'd been looking for a non-stick without all the chemicals, non-aluminum, non-steel pan and in straight sided size for baking Danish rye breads and Danish cakes. The Matfer exoglass, though expensive, met all the criteria. Corners wash out easily too. It's dishwasher safe though I hand wash mine. Wipe with a little oil after it's dried and it's just like new.Update: still using these labs and they are holding up great.
