My grand-daughter (7 years old) loves the Enchantimals. She received Bike Buddies for her birthday and has requested more Enchantimals for Christmas. The dolls and accessories are very cute and well made.

This was the Santa gift for my five-year-old granddaughter and she loves it! Looking forward to buying more!

Hooray for another Enchantimals release!We have every Enchantimals doll and playset (in all three sizes), and I like admiring the uniquenesses of each release and looking at which parts are the same as other dolls’ pieces. As usual, if you have any questions or would like me to upload a photo or video to show a detail that’s not visible in the product page photos, just leave a comment and I’ll try to answer (assuming I get a notification telling me that I have a comment on my review).The BikeThe cool thing about the Enchantimals doll bikes is that you can take them apart and, if you have all three sets, swap the colors to make your own custom bike. Since I don’t like pink, I made one all-pink bike so the other two bikes would have as few pink parts as possible. The seat, pedals, and top basket come only in pink so far. One difference is that the purple body and blue body have painted flowers on the front, between the handlebars, but the pink body’s flowers aren’t painted.The pedals don’t turn, but they do hold the doll’s feet in place to look like she’s riding.The handlebars have openings for the doll’s hands to fit, and her waist is held by a curve coming out from the basket. The basket can be removed, and the hands and feet keep the doll in place pretty well, but she’d probably fall off with play if you didn’t have the basket with its hook.The top basket can either be a basket to hold a pet or accessories, or it can be turned the other way to be a canopy for the bottom basket.The Deer Girl DollThis is the seventh version of the deer girl doll. It’s the first that doesn’t have at least one bent elbow; of course it has to have both arms straight to hold the handlebars.The hairstyle is also new, for this doll; it’s the same partial ponytail that we’ve seen with the peacock girl, flamingo girl, and other dolls.This doll is the second version of the deer girl to have articulated knees; the knee articulation lets her feet fit onto the bike pedals. The face paint and antlers are the same as all of the other releases of this character. Still odd that a girl deer would have antlers, but I guess that’s what identifies her as a deer, although the tail would do that, if she had a tail; none of the Enchantimals girl deer dolls have a tail.The shoes are a new mold (pretty sure; we have every Enchantimals doll, and I just checked, but that’s 79 dolls, so I might have missed one, but I’m pretty sure this is a brand new shoe mold). Inside her shoes, she has the standard Enchantimals girl tippy-toe foot. I wish the girls would have flat feet like the male Enchantimals.The skirt is the normal Enchantimals fabric with a unique design, but it’s narrower than most; I’ve noticed that the newer dolls are being made with narrower skirts.She has a fuzzy shoulderpiece like three of the other deer girl dolls; this one is white like two of those others.Her painted-on swimsuit is solid blue, and as usual the details are painted only on the front of the top. The torso mold is different compared to the one that all of the other deer girl dolls have. It’s a relatively new torso design that makes her neck appear to be inside of her shirt rather than the mold that looks like her shirt is painted on (which of course, it is). This is only the sixth Enchantimals doll to have this torso mold (the others are the second monkey girl, the hippo girl, the white tiger girl, the cow girl, and one of the peacock girls, the one that came with Tasty Tea Party).The Deer PetThe little deer is exactly the same as most of the other deer. Still has the creepy hole in the back with the claw. The intended function of clipping it to the doll’s arm to look like she’s holding it doesn’t work, as usual. It just looks like she’s carrying a purse made of hollowed-out dead animal.Fortunately, I’ve figured out how to make the pets look less disturbing and more kid-appropriate. Since the claw is rubbery, you can bend it into the hole, add a dab of super glue, and hold it down until it stays. You’re still left with two thin slits on the sides of the glued-down claw, but it’s a lot less creepy than the huge gaping hole with a claw coming out.That’s it for this review. La mia bambina ha adorato questa versione delle Enchantimals. Le è piaciuta la bambolina, il suo animaletto di fiducia ma soprattutto si è divertita a farla salire sulla bicicletta (non pedala ma le ruote scorrono veloci se viene spinta) e farla andare in giro. Tutto il contenuto del playset è curato, ha bellissimi colori ed è della misura giusta rispetto ad un tavolo da gioco organizzato con altri personaggi o accessori.
