I have recorded just a few minutes on all of these tapes just to see if they were working properly. So far, so good. I am glad that Amazon still has VHS tapes available for purchase. I really wish that some company would pick up on the fact that these blank recording tapes are still in demand and start producing them again. It would be nice if every show gave you the option to purchase a DVD of every season for that show, but they are not making DVD's for all of the shows like they did at one time. So I guess I just keep recording what I like to watch and watch it when I want to.

One of the tapes disconnected from the plastic white spool as soon as I tried to record on it. It did not break - it just disconnected - so nothing recorded. When I ejected it back out of the VCR to see why it wasn't recording, I saw the tape was disconnected.I already used one of the 3 tapes in this 3-pack so I don't want to return all 3, and I don't want my money back, I just want to return the one defective tape and get a replacement.Do I return it to Maxell or to Amazon? If Maxell, what address do I use?
