What on earth makes this ok…? This thing isn’t welded at all. It’s seam sealed and painted over. Complete trash. I’m making a some social media reviews and requesting a refund. I’m legit mad about it.

So I ordered this up for me 00 si rebuild. Out of the box it looks and feels quality, but once it came to the fitment the quality went down hill. The bars were welded improperly, so the firewall plate sits 2" low and doesn't even come close to the firewall. I guess you get what you pay for 🤷. It was cheap enough that I will cut the bars and reweld them into the proper place.

My opinion is based on the sheer quality alone, yes you get what you paid for but this is pretty pathetic. I was really looking forward to this and using it on my Integra, but I won’t be able to without cutting it and having to put a more proper looking weld on it. The bar has metal in it which rattles around and makes a pretty horrible noise. The bar is steel and heavy in comparison to OEM, and to add on, it’s already starting to rust from the inside of the paint. The fitment issues are not perfect as well; even just looking at it, it would not make sense how it would fit without being bent or cut and rewelded. The look is nice but due to the middle part being spot welded, it brings the looks down and the paint looks like it is splotchy with different shades all over the place. This will not work for my car as the OEM counterparts and many other aftermarket options in the same price range are definitely better.

Bolt holes to firewall do not line up, and it doesnt even reach each strut evenly. Build quality looked nice and sturdy with a decent paint job, but fitment was not there sadly

My review is based on the quality alone, sure you get what you pay for but this is pretty bad. I really wanted to like this and use it on my Integra, but I won’t be able to without doing some cutting and proper looking welds. The bar has metal inside that shakes around and sounds pretty nasty. The bar is steel and very heavy compared to oem, as well as starting to rust from inside the paint. The fitment isn’t quite there either, even just eyeballing it, wouldn’t make sense how it would fit without bending it or having to cut it and reweld. The look is nice but due to spotty welds the middle part makes the looks go down and the paint is splotchy as in different shades everywhere. I won’t be able to use this on my car as the oem counterparts and other similarly priced aftermarket options are better.
