Ergonomically comfortable to use these applicators when applying ceramic coat. The size is perfect and its nice they come in a pack of 12 so you can also use for other product like tire shine. Great addition to your detailing kit.

This set of applicators is perfect for ceramic coatings (as advertised), and is also good for applying other, less viscous products to your car's finish, glass, etc. The thin black layer of "sponge" type material is perfect for these types of applications, but I wouldn't suggest it for tire dressing application, as the foam sponge does not seem durable enough to deal with the rougher texture found on a tire sidewall.I use ceramic coating on my classic car, and Turtle Wax ceramic spray for my daily driver, and these work well with both of those coatings. These applicators are on the smaller size, but not so small that they're a pain to use. I took off one star as I don't believe the foam "sponge" will last for more than one or two vehicle applications. It's a solid, good product however.

The density of the block is very good in that it is not so soft as to want to deform during use and yet not so hard that there is concern about marring if it contacts the paint when dry.While the block sizing is adequate for low volume liquids applied sparingly, such as ceramic coatings, I found it to be a bit tiring to hold properly as I reached the end of applying a coating to a large vehicle. A slightly wider block would help to relieve some of the hand strain which I encountered due to extended use of a firm grip on the narrow block.Either side of the block grips a covering cloth like a low nap microfiber piece securely for application of a coating without shifting about.The quality of the foam used in the blocks seems to be good enough to last for several uses, depending upon the type of coating being applied.

I used one to apply ceramic to my windows after clay baring them. These have a nice and even distribution of product.

I like how this Maxshine applicator pack is perfect for applying ceramic and graphene coatings. The sponges are soft yet durable, making them easy to handle for detailing. It’s really handy to have multiple applicators for different projects!
