We have a three story house and now that it is winter, it is very dark when I leave my room in the morning. I hate using the three-way light because it turns a light on on every floor. Then I saw these. They run on battery, stick on the wall, and come on automatically when I approach. This is a six-pack but they work so well, I only hung four. I also don't have to worry about coming into a dark house anymore because one turns on when I open the garage door. Hooray!!

They’re bright and work well for stairs and hallways. Battery-powered, so no wiring needed, but they do go through batteries fairly quickly. The motion detection is reliable and turns on at the right time

Update: All the lights are no longer bright and barely light up. It’s only been a few weeks, so either they’re defective or they drain 3 AAA batteries in less than a month. Either way, not worth it.I got these motion sensor lights to put on our stairs and line the hallway. I love that they can sense the ambient light so they don’t light up during the day. Each light requires 3 AAA batteries. Hopefully they last a while. One light was defective, but the company was responsive. 5-star customer service.

Only two of the six actually work and the ones that do are great, the others either don't turn on the most assessor doesn't work effectively. They do not come with batteries and nature bully for all of them. For the ones that do work, they do function. Great, they're not too bright. And for the night.

Using for our indoor stairs and they are working well - batteries seem to last a good long time too.

Nothing fancy or aesthetically pleasing about these lights. They simply do as they’re supposed to do, they light up the dark hallway at night. They take a lot of batteries, 3-AAA each, so 18 batteries if you plan to use all six lights at once. That’s a lot of batteries. Because they are bright enough, I was able to use just three in my hallway. They work well.

I needed additional lighting on my stairs at night without turning on the blazing overheads. And I needed a bit of light at the bottom landing since my glasses mess with depth perception looking down. These lights are perfect. Nice and lightweight, good adhesive, perfect amount of neutral color light. I have medium gray color carpet and the neutral color of the lights do justice to the carpet color. I didn't count the time but these appear to stay on for about 20 seconds or so and they cascade on and off going up and down. I cannot attest to the battery longevity but they shouldn't waste power as they don't stay on too long. I for sure would order again without hesitation. You do need to provide AAA bats for these. I ordered the AC Delco AAA batteries here on Amazon.
