I used this in my scooter after trying four different scooter replacement starter relay. The White Rogers unit is a better design. Its coil draws less than 1 amp, compared to the 2.5-3 ohm coils in the common replacements, and it provides more cranking power.

Product looks like it is should be quality, however after a few weeks, the part only works intermittently. Of course I am too late for returns, and trying to find out how to warranty it is a mystery. I now have to tear out and redo a whole lot of wiring and purchase a new solenoid. This is being used to parallel two batteries in a SxS. I don't think this was designed for continuous use. I was only running about 1/2 of the rated amperage through it.

This replaced a similar relay in my 2000 Ford E-350-based motor home as a battery isolator. It is dimensionally identical to the failed White-Rogers unit it replaced, and only different in that it has a separate terminal for a ground wire connector, whereas the OEM unit was grounded through its frame.

Permet de charger la batterie de mon vr via l'alternateur du camion. L'original ne fonctionnait plus à cause de la corrosion. Je n'ai pas essayé de démarré le moteur avec la batterie du vr, donc je n'ai aucune idée s'il peut suporter l'amperage surtout en température froide.

Works great but connectors rusted up over time and could not remove nuts to change wire, had to buy a new one because the bolt twisted loose while trying to remove nut. I suggest some grease to protect from corrosion if putting this on a vehicle.

Works great. It comes with positive and negative post to activate. The location where it is in my unit is all rusted so I did a plastic lining and required to run ground cable to the unit.
