This is the worst piece of schlock I have ever seen. The first one was sent and was actually missing an entire side of the frame, and the box was broken apart. Amazon replaced it very fast but it came in broken within the box as well. Now, for me to get my refund, I have to ship it back because UPS came by to pick it up and they said I wasn’t home. Which I was. I had the box ready to pick up and sitting out on my porch by my door. The return instructions were very confusing… I was to be home… but I could have it sitting out by the door for the UPS guy to pick up… so UPS just gave me the return label on the door handle, right next to the box— saying I had to be home… guess what?? I WAS HOME! Now I have to pay for them to come back and pick it or somehow take it to the UPS Store in my 2 seater car… good luck with that. Don’t buy this piece of crap it is poorly made, poorly packed and really ugly. I purchased a three pack of another frame and they were great and came in flawless. Amazon AND this manufacturer were a waste of my time- don’t let them waste yours.

I am satisfied. The frame is cheap quality but the appearance makes it look great! Came with no damage. Very light weight.Pro tip: use a butter knife to get the grommets on the back up for easier access to inside the frame.

I bought a print from Art.com and didn’t want to pay their high price for framing since this is going in our spare guest room. The print said it was 24 x 36, but I had to trim it down to fit the frame. The frame came perfectly packaged! No damage at all. I love the pieces on the back for hanging. I’m not crazy about the little bendable tabs that hold the back in, but that’s what you get at this price. The backing is nice and thick, not cardboard. I had a hard time getting the back out since it was such a snug fit, and I had an even harder time getting it back in again. It didn’t just slip right in. I had to really push it back into place. See the pictures. The plexiglass is reflective but that’s not an issue for me. It looks nice for my purpose.

Ordered 2 of these frames. One showed up on time and good condition, the other showed up a day late and broke in 3 places. The broken frame reveals that it is only made of high density foam and very brittle. Overall looks goods from 3ft away, kinda overpriced for what it is.

Works perfectly with our decor! It’s not real wood but it does the job at a good price. Comes with a plastic cover as well. Most other wooden frames retailed at +100$ so this was the obvious choice.

The frame arrived with one corner already broken. It’s a pain to return due to the size, so I’m going to have to wood glue and clamp it myself and hope for the best.
