After visiting a pool store and getting a price for an 18x33 oval we were experiencing a bit of sticker shock. They wanted 3x as much for the same pool, just the pool alone without installation. After comparing their package with this one there was no difference. So we ordered this one and hoped for the best, let’s be honest ordering something like this you just never know.First let me be very clear when I say this, HIRE SOMEONE TO INSTALL IT. Sorry for the caps but I cannot stress this enough. I went to another local pool supply store (this one only sells supplies) and asked if they had any recommendations. They put us in touch with a really great guy who does installs on the side. Now this makes it take a little longer to get installed but we were fine with it, he quoted us $3K which seemed reasonable. He had to move a lot of dirt lol but he did a great job setting it up and he commented on how solid everything seemed. There were no missing parts and things went smoothly. He’s a pool guy so I believe him when he said we should easily get 5-7 years out of the liner, he said maybe 10 but usually they bleach out or fade after 5.We love this pool, I mean absolutely love it. I’ll admit that this our first “real” pool. We’ve had the typical intex pools in the past but we wanted something more permanent and this pool does not disappoint. If you’re considering buying one we’d say DO IT!!!!Make sure you get the ground pad, we went with the Rhino pad. Get the wall foam and the pool cove also. They really make a huge difference.

Good pool. Was only missing 1 piece for the filter, a PVC coupler/adapter, but found it on Amazon, so no worries. The wall is heavy, so when you are setting it up, stand the rolled up wall on a big piece of cardboard so you can move it easily when unrolling it. Only complaint I have is all the manuals that come with it are in Chinese broken English which hurt my brain. Somebody needs to proofread and update that mess. I figured it out, chilling in my new pool, life is good.

Here's my review of this pool after we've had it up for one year. First off let me start by saying that everything arrived in the box and nothing was missing. I was concerned about that after reading a bunch of reviews but we were lucky. There are two nonnegotiables that you need to consider before buying this pool: first, you definitely need to have it professionally installed. it cost roughly $1,500 to have it put together including leveling. It will save your marriage, your back and you won't go to hell for all the curse words you will say during the install. Second, the luster that comes with it is an absolute joke. Throw it in the trash and get a couple bags of sand from a local pool shop. Now let's dig into my experience over the last year.First, the Luster stopped working within about two months. No matter how much I backwashed it would always spew out dirty water. So finally I changed it out with sand. Now the filter works great.Second, because the liner is super cheap and thin it got a hole in it. After repairing it, it got a second hole, then a third.... while working on the third hole it got a fourth. So we had to pay for a new liner from a local pool store (keep in mind that this is still in the first season of use).Third, The valve on the filter started spewing water out of the backwash port while it was in "Filter" mode. That was a simple fix since I'm a plumber. I took it apart and greased the main seal and all was good.Fourth, The skimmer basket broke (now we're getting into the second season)Fifth, The filter/valve clamp broke and was spewing water when I got home from work a few days ago.Sixth, The guage on the valve stopped working and I had to replace it. Again not a big deal, I got a replacement on Amazon. Just another straw on the camels back. Now I know that pools need maintenance but I feel like this is a bit much. Also, keep in mind that since this is an unknown brand for most local pool shops, you can't get any parts locally. I was able to find a clamp on ebay but it took a week to arrive.Lastly, My neighbor got a new pool roughly the same time as me. He spent roughly $12,000 for a turnkey product/install. I have spent roughly $6,000 on everything including the liner replacement. He enjoyed his pool all year and didn't have to lift a finger except normal pool cleaning and chemicals. Where I had a flooded back yard for several months while trying to deal with leaks in the liner and dealing with the filter. If you're willing to put the time and energy into dealing with the problems of this pool then you can save a bunch of money. If not then I'd recommend going to a local pool store and buying one from them.

Bought a new lid with a seal, and the thing still gushes water out of the pump no matter how many times you try it. My last pool I had NO issue with the pump skimmer lid I just turned cleaned out and put back on easy peasy.... nope not this one it is IMPOSSIBLE to not leak.

While it was difficult going through Amazon to end up connecting with 3rd party seller we are pleased with purchase. Within a week a replacement liner that fits our pool was sent. Very happy with quality of all pieces included. We are filling the hill now and will set up the pump this week. First image of liner originally sent. Second pic is correct, looks great!

I would give give stars because the pool is good, the liner is beautiful and it arrived way before predicted. The not so good part: 1) one plate that is used to assemble the too rails and post to was missing. Contacted the supplier on the sheet inside, they charged a 40.00 shipping fee for something that could fit in a standard 5 Buck box. After a not so nice email they did refund the shipping cost, but the piece did not arrive on time.2) the pump does not have an on/off switch. The instructions say you can add your on or wire it to a plug switch. The description did not inform me of this, who wants to buy a pump you have to wire up to turn on/off. That's why they make them with switches.3) a end piece that goes on the pump to hook the hose from the pump to the skimmed was missing. Didn't want to fool with calling being the other missing piece didn't arrive on time therefore the quest of finding the piece at a pool supply store nearby. So after much discouragement, I'm hoping by this Friday 05/26/17 the missing plate has arrived that should have been here today 5/24/17 so I can get my pool completed. It has been sitting four days waiting on this part. Pool looks good, but having all parts was a nightmare.
