I got this gauge setup to have as a secondary for another WC gauge I use also. I have so many different hookup scenarios I have to use for testing it's nice to have two gauge setups to easily swap between the different applications I'm using them for. The other gauge I have is a certified gauge and I tested this one up against the certified gauge and it was pretty much exactly the same. Close enough that I couldn't tell the needle difference if there was any. I didn't really need any of the fittings that came with it but the case was definitely a nice touch. The price is very reasonable and I would recommend for sure as a backup gauge for anyone working with propane or natural gas appliances or other applications needing this type of measurement. I would never have it as my main gauge because I always like to have a certified gauge that I get certified. But as long as you have that you can check it against this one to have is your backup gauge and it's a very nice option to have when you have to have multiple styles of connections. I do wish the gauge read just a little bit higher considering that liquid propane gas regulators on some units are set right at 10" H2O. 0 to 15 would have been preferable

This is a great set. My husband uses it on natural gas trains at work. He says it is easy and convenient to use and has a good protective case. These gauges are usually delicate but he had a trainee accidentally put 80 psi in this one and it did not damage it. Worked well doing oven and boiler gas train testing for low gas and high gas pressure set/tripping points. Very good build.

It's been great to have this handy for quick checks on the water heater pressure. It's a convenient size and setup.It's well-made and has a good solid case so it won't get beat up if tossed in with heavier tools in a bigger bag. It's a good basic tool, but the case is actually important because it will keep it in good working order. (A good tool that's broken or has to be babied isn't of much use).I'd recommend this particular pressure test kit!

Good little kit for reading very low pressure. Has adapter bushings for the most common thread sizes.
