Step 1: Clean and Smear Food Oil Before Use
Before your first use, please wash all components gently by using a dime-sized amount of dishwashing liquid and warm water or on the top rack of dishwasher for cleaning. Then smear a thin film of food oil (like canola, olive oil) around the inside of injector barrel whenever you use it for lubrication, otherwise the plunger will be very hard to push! Step 2: Load Marinades into Injector (2 Methods)
2 types of filling your marinades: A) choose suitable needle and screw it on injector barrel, then put needle tip into your marinade container and draw the marinade up into the barrel chamber by pulling the O-ring handle like doctor taking an injection. B) screw needle clockwise onto injector barrel until needle O-ring is tightened, then unscrew the plunger assembly top cap, and fill the barrel with your marinade by pouring or spooning-in. Last year we bought a cheaply made plastic injector that broke immediately when trying to inject a turkey. This one not only held up but exceeded all expectations! My husband used the attachment that has multiple holes for this turkey and it was so juicy and delicious! He is excited that he can inject all sorts of different meats now. It is very easy to use and even easier to clean!

This is a great marinade injector. I was tired of buying a new injector every time I marinated something, since someone in the house would invariably warp it in the dishwasher or the needle would strip out of the plastic. The cheap ones you wind up spending several dollars on anyway, so it doesn't take many to justify the cost of this one. It is very sturdy, has multiple types of injection tips for different marinating circumstances. It cleans up easily and can be fully sanitized. The o-rings are replaceable if they wear out. Very happy with this gadget!

Very sturdy! I had heck of a time getting Lawrys Mesquite marinade through injectors. One of seasonings In it blocks holes. A friend told me about this and this is great!!! It worked and my turkey is incredible!!! This also comes with cleaning brushes FOR THE NEEDLES! I adore this kit and they offer tips how to keep plunger working smooth etc. Its heavier so you know it's solid and comes with extra parts. I wished I hadnt wasted money on others because I paid same for one injector and needle as this ( they didn't work)and this comes with 3 different needles! I bought one for my parents right away! Dont buy any other one, this has you set up to use almost any marinade!!!!

These injectors always get mixed reviews because they are hard to clean, or harder to use or whatever. This one wasn’t any different. However, here is how I would break it down:Bought this right before Thanksgiving. Used it a couple times so far. Easy to use. The plunger pushes in easily and with different needle sizes, I haven’t had any issues with clogging up. For cleanup, the whole thing comes apart. Haven’t had any issues cleaning it and it comes with all the brushes and other things to clean it with. Let’s face it - these things are never a breeze to clean, so keeping it in perspective, this item is pretty darn good!All in all - 5 stars for sure. Best injector I have used yet ( after 15+ years of frying turkeys). Highly recommended!!

This injector seemed well made at first, but after only half a dozen uses, the end where the needle screws on simply fell out. It appears to have only been pressed into the cylinder as there are no threads on the piece that fell out or in the cylinder itself. There is nothing in the design to keep the piece from falling out. Either the unit I was shipped missed a manufacturing step, or the manufacturing step was not done properly. I am not happy. In spite of only using it a few times, I've had it too long to be able to return it. Buyer beware if you are thinking about buying this meat injector. I question the quality control (or lack of it) that is being done by Ofargo.

I have used my injector to inject turkeys, beef, and chicken. The injector is easy to use, easy to clean and it works. Ihave had other injectors from plastic ones to ones similar to Ofargo, but this has proven to be the best so far. And being stainless steel, it is built to last. I also like that it came with a BBQ brush, and 3 different needles. Perfect.

I love this thing. It's all metal and very solid. Great gaskets, nice threads to screw on the top to the body and for the needle accessories. The needles are strong with perfect size holes. It will last a long time.

Habe die Spritze bestellt, um einen Krustenbraten (von innen) zu marinieren. Einfache Handhabung und leicht zu reinigen. Die verschiedenen Aufsätze werden ihrer Aufgabe gerecht.Der Braten wurde wirklich sehr zart und saftig.

I have used a handful of times this year (due to the awful summer!) but found the injector to be well built and easy to use with different options for injection in different meats. Easy to clean and sturdy in construction.
