How To Use

Easy To Cleaning
Easy to assemble for cleaning and reinstall after wash. Hand wash and dishwasher are both applicable, but hand wash is recommended for longer lifetime of product. Small parts should be take out before dishwasher cleaning, especially small tip needle

I really like this. Very sturdy and easy to clean. I love the case too. Definitely worth the money. I had atleast 5 injectors in the past. They tend to be single use. Thos bad boy is awesome. Thank you.

It worked well the first 3 times I used it. The inner tube is plastic and it does become disconnected from the metal out tube. That was not a problem except on the 4th use I was unable to get the plunger clean the device as the plunger would not remove from the tube. I always lubricate it after cleaning. I took good care of it but only got 4 uses before it became stuck. I've worked on it with hot and cold water. With more olive oil etc. The plunger just will not cooperate anymore. Not sure what more I could have done to care for it. It is a disappointment.Update: I am pleasantly surprised at the support communications I've received from DePango. Their customer service is exceptional. They stand by their product and are shipping me a new unit. WOW! Great people. I am upgrading my rating to 4 stars based upon their response to my issue.

This a very nice product. It is not easy to clean, but only of what you are using for. My suggestion is rinse it immediately after you do your flavoring, don't let it dry. Then clean up is easy. It comes in a very nice case to keep everything together. I am very satisfied. thanks

we got this to inject a fried turkey. simple and easy to setup and use. easy to clean and feels very sturdy. the needle sizes were great to be able to infuse the turkey with fresh ingredients . excited to use it for future recipes.
