I have used a cheap plastic one for years and this is so much nicer to use. Like going from a Yugo to a Porche. I make Canadian ham and it is no the easiest step of the process! I have a chunkier mix that I add to lamb and this gets that garlic, red onion, mint, oregano, and fennel seed marinade deep into the roast. Even if you hands are greasy from the fat of the meat, this is easily griped!I am so happy that I took the plunge, I have given them to friends. They are priced right to give as a nice gift to the meat cooking masters in you life.

I’m glad this comes in a kit - the needles are very sharp and easy to puncture meat. The stainless steel body is easy to clean and the needles are as well. The set is solidly constructed and it holds a decent amount of injection fluid. Used for out turkey and will try it for pork belly

Very well made, with quality materials and finish, and the case is real plus. The three injector tips included should satisfy most needs/uses. Last use, had liquids with a lot of solids in suspension, but still loaded and injected well. The included cleaning brushes helped in clearing the residue (especially the solids). A bit pricey, but when considering this as replacing 3 broken plastic units, am very pleased with product and would definitely recommend.

Nice little injector. If you had a bigger job you’d want it to hold more of the product you’re injecting. So a couple racks of ribs ..fine. Small roast fine…it works well!
