Similar to other Reviews. This thing is a powerhouse and works perfectly. I use it on a weekly basis slicing frozen roast or London broil. No lag at all. The only Drawback is cleanup, which will take you about 15 minutes each time. You will need to carefully remove the blade and you MUST use the Protective Cut Gloves!! I highly recommend this Slicer and I would purchase it again

Got the slicer yesterday, thin sliced a smoked turkey breast today. What an excellent, fast job it did. As good as a deli. Then I wanted to clean the blade, all over. The only problem was, in order to remove the blade I first has to remove the blade cover. No sweat, right? Removed the center screw that holds the cover on, and tried to lift the cover. NO WAY! That blasted thing ain't coming off. Tried prying, shaking, turning, everything I could think of. (I know, split infinitive) Had to be satisfied with wiping and oiling the blade part that shows. NOT up to my standards. Can anybody HELP ME PLEASE.One other problem was that the thickness adjustment knob was apparently designed by Mr. wrenchfingers. Takes major effort to turn to increase slice thickness. My wife can't turn it at all.Other than the above mentioned problems, I found this slicer to be excellent for all uses, and HIGHLY recommend it.

I loved the ease of use, worked great. Just remember to use the stopper on the top to get consistent slices. Once I figured out the screw with the ball on it was used to pull the cover off cleaning was so simple! Took about 10 min. Highly recommend!

I have owned the Industrial standard meat slicer used in grocery stores. It had an automatic function that was real nice but unnecessary for home use. This cuts just as well for FAR less money. I Highly recommend.

I wanted to write this review to help make the decision to buy this slicer an easier one. I bought this slicer because of the powerful motor and size. I was only concerned about the reviews saying it was difficult to clean. I figured I have experience using slicers so I should be able to figure it out. And if you can’t remove the blade, the machine will be unsanitary after a few uses. After my first use and attempt to remove the blade I ran into the same issue everyone else was having. The center blade guard would not come off. I tried multiple ways and nothing worked. So after contacting the seller and exchanging a few messages with pictures, they explained how the blade can be removed. Simply remove the center screw with the included Allen key and just tilt the machine until the center guard comes out. There is a small O-Ring that is under the guard so make sure you capture that. After that just remove the three screws holding the blade and carefully remove the blade. You will see lots of particles that get trapped and can’t be removed without taking the blade off. Other than that this machine is a beast. Very quiet but powerful motor. For the price, this is a great value.

Slices vey good, the one thing I don’t like is, the thickness gauge doesn’t click in place. However, they did come up with a solution. There is a bolt with a locking screw to make sure it stays.
