This must-have of cooking supplies, it can crack not only meat, but ice cubes or block ice into smaller pieces to chill drinks faster and keep foods cold longer.
For best results, trim away excess fat and place meat in the freezer for about 30-minutes to chill, but not long enough to freeze. Chilled cuts work best.

The main reason I bought this is to break up my Ramen noodles while they are still sealed in the package, It makes it so much easier I wish I would have bought it years ago. I would strongly recommend this to people who, for whatever reason, are not as strong as they once were, or even if you like this style of soup you just want to make your life easier. Seems very sturdy and well made.

Very long handle with a decent grip. Good weight for use. My only complaint is the mallet head could definitely be bigger, but I wouldn’t encourage anyone to not buy it

I know this is my fault, because I did not read the dimensions on it. It’s way too small to tenderize a normal sized stack you have to hit it 184 times.
