This the second Gourmet Easy product I have bought on Amazon. The first was a garlic mincer which blows away any other garlic mincer I've ever owned. Same with this meat tenderizer. It's all stainless steel and built to last a lifetime. I tried it on a thick chuck roast and poked both sides. Each poke sends sixty razor sharp blades into the meat. I did both sides and tossed it on the grill like a steak. Cooked medium rare and all the tough tendons were severed for a delightfully tender steak. The little holes also allow you to marinate the meat or let your rub get into the middle of the meat. The price is more but cheap tools suck. Buy it once, hurt once. That's my motto.

I have had this type of tenderizer before, and love the results. The plastic handle will eventually break down, and the unit won’t work, I got this because I don’t want to keep replacing it. What I was superbly is how much easier this one is on my hands the amount of pressure or effort is the same, but this one does not hurt my hands!Highly recommend

This is perfect for the cheap, dense, and toughest cuts of meat (mainly beef). U can use this for any meat and create pockets for marinade to set in before you cook. Everyone should have one of these but I wish it come with a tool to clean in between the blades as well as be able to lock the blades extended for easier cleaning.

I was first introduced to this type of tenderizer about a year ago and bought on here on Amazon. Loved it, but after a year of use it showed that I needed something sturdier. This new one certainly filled the ticket.I like the all-stainless steel, no plastic parts. Self contained, no screws or seams to deal with. Just a good soak in some soapy water and a quick scrub with a brush to clean. The feel in the hand could benefit by being about 1 " longer for big hands and a sure-grip, but I found that using two hands gave better control of the pressure anyway. I am confident that this product will last a long time and keep me pleased with the food prep qualities. Note: there is a 5 year warranty on this product. You can't beat that !! And, you will be amazed at how this tenderizer can turn a cheap cut of mean ( chicken, pork, beef) into an amazing meal.

I was preparing a 5 lbs beef round by cutting into 2†sections, marinade 12 hours, cut into 1/4â€. Before marinade, I used the needle tool on each 2†section, to guarantee that the marinade had a chance to penetrate. After drying the 1/4†slices into beef jerky, I realized that I had forgotten to use the tenderizing hammer on them, but the final product was still very good !! So the use of this needle tool saved me a lot of time. Recommend.

Also, ich hab mir das Teil mal bestellt weil ich neugierig war ob es meinen Erwartungen gerecht wird!!Als erstes habe ich Hähnchenbrust damit bearbeitet , da ich keine Erfahrung mit Steakern hatte , habe ich mal systematisch das Fleisch damit bearbeitet ( bitte nur eine dafür geeigneten Unterlage benutzen )Dann gewürzt , paniert und gebraten. Einfach genial, Fleisch zart, so hatte ich es noch nie einfach lecker!!Nackensteak ebenfalls, einfach Super. Aber Vorsicht wenn zu oft zugestochen wird hat man nur noch Fleischfetzen, denn die Klingen sind echt scharf . Das gilt für jedes Fleisch. Für mich besser als jeder Fleischklopfer, und wesentlich leiser!! Am besten selber ausprobieren! Ist stabil, leicht zu bedienen und gut zu reinigen .Habe den kauf nicht bereut!!Und Nein ich werde nicht gesponsert, sondern schreibe meine Erfahrungen mit diesem Fleischzartmacher, weil vom Fleischklopfen dieses laute Geräusch echt nervt !!
