304 Stainless Steel and EPDM Rubber Backed
- A bonded seal is a type of washer used to provide a seal around a screw or bolt.
- Bonded washer seals are used in high-pressure systems. They consist of a metal washer and an elastomeric ring bonded behind it.
- The 304 stainless steel washer prevents over-compression and limits deformation of the elastomeric ring. It's slightly angled but flattened as it's tightened.
- The flexing action of the lips under pressure provides a positive and leak proof seal against a wide range of fluids.
Wide Application
Suitable for outdoor or humid environment, strong corrosion and acid resistance. It can avoid thermal expansion and cold contraction during installation, improve the fastening effect, sealing, dust-proof, and waterproof functions. Also serves as a cushion protecting from vibration.
