I've bought a bunch of these little things from various manufacturers and I like these probably the most. They aren't too soft that they tear and they aren't too hard that they are impossible to insert into a flight controller. I keep a bunch of these in various sizes on hand because they are essential if you custom build RC multirotor/quadcopters.

These don't work whatsoever for flight controllers or 4-in-one ESCs. Too narrow.

I purchased these to use as internal shock limiters in an Axial SCX10 III early Bronco and glad to report these work fantastic for this purpose. Would buy these again.
