Item description says titanium but the rod is clearly stamped HSS which stands for high speed steel. The rod also wasn't perfectly straight, rolling it across the table shows how bent it is out of the box.If you're looking for titanium, don't buy this.

This product is clearly marked as HSS. It's magnetic, and it has rust on it.

This rod is for a prototype part and it worked perfectly, however it is .375" and not 10mm exactly. This seems to be a common confusion these days.
