It was ok looking but I found various small spots throughout it that were frayed and looked like it was from a lot of friction. I needed to use it immediately so I didn’t return it but I won’t be purchasing again.

The rope as such is great - it's bright and shiny, smooth to the touch and easy to handle; perfect for decorative projects.But - compared to other rope I've obtained on Amazon this sets a new low point in how it was processed for an individual package. The ends were neither taped prior to cutting nor cut with a hot knife, and they had unraveled about 2 inches by the time I opened the package and were at about 4 inches by the time I had the rope uncoiled and ready to use. Which brings me to the second negative, which is that it didn't seem to be in any form of "standard" coil or hank or other means of securing a length of rope for storage; it seemed to be in a loose overlapping collection of wadded up loops with a rubber band around the middle; I spent several minutes trying to figure out if there was a good way to release it but still ended up needing about 5-10 minutes after release to get it untangled and into a usable coil.
