It doesn't move or feel anything like a real arm. What's supposed to be the veins really feels like nerves. The fluid is difficult to use, and wouldn't even go through the arm. The quality is fine, and it does look fairly lifelike, but I wouldn't purchase this again.

Skin is too thick to be realistic. Do not receive flashback in the catheter chamber even when the needle is in the vein. The blood doesn’t flow with enough force out of the artificial vein.Save your money and get another brand. I’m out $109 plus tax because the return window was only 30 days

This training dummy is pretty thorough in terms of what it provides. You can teach a whole class with one of these, or practice your technique at home before going in for practicals. The unit accepts fake blood for realistic functionality, and it definitely helps to make one accustomed to the movements and the procedure. It's a good comprehensive kit, I'm actually surprised how functional it is.
