We have the round buckwheat ones and sit on them to watch TV at night. Can easily sit on these for 2-3 hours with no issues. Prior to this was using a u-shaped lumbar type pillow, but my bum would be sore after a while, no matter how many other blankets or pillows I put under it. This pillow needs no other padding and is comfy for hours.

This cushion allows me to sit for long periods with my legs crossed and without hip pain. It's perfect for meditation, plump and round and full of buckwheat. There is a foam cushion inside too, about an inch thick, and makes this so comfy. As soon as I sink into it, I am relaxed! The soft cover is a pretty color and it unzips easily to be washed. There is even a handle on the side that is strong enough for hanging it, and the stitching seems to be a very good quality. My husband is 100 pounds heavier than me, and the cushion still plumps back into shape. He said it has really helped his tailbone. I absolutely recommend this cushion and will be getting a second for my husband.

The thickness is perfect for all shape and sizes including pregnant women. The quality is very rich and well thought out. I believe I can use this not only as a yoga pillow but a foot pillow because of the comfortability. It functions in more than one way. Highly Recommended

I have a buckwheat pillow on my bed and I love it, so when I saw this buckwheat cushion, I knew I wanted it. It’s very comfortable to sit on. It offers good support for the hips, and the velvety cover feels nice and soft. It’s also removable for easy washing. I love it.

Love this bolster! Over the weeks, has gotten a bit lumpy. Needs "plumping every few weeks. Good construction, will last!
