I actually bought two styles of cushions from this company the one above and a smaller round one, I use one for home and the other for travel. The floor pillow works best for an adult male of 200lbs, who is doing sitting meditation, keeping my posture reasonably straight during meditation and at the same time being comfortable enough to maintain that posture for extended periods. I use it to travel into nature for the meditative "stillness" experience.

This is a great yoga cushion! - very comfortable and sturdy. I didn’t have to modify the amount of filling inside because it’s perfect as is!
