My only issue is how narrow the wheels are. I knew this when I purchased and decided to use these instead of the old school training wheels. Overall I’m happy with them

As soon as my child sat on her bike the training wheels bent. So disappointed not even worth it. Do not buy !! It might be able to resist a 1-2 year old weight . But I wouldn’t recommend it at all .

My daughter is five and has a 20 inch bike. She’s 4’1†and weighs about 60 pounds and these training wheels didn’t last but maybe a week or two before the arms that extend down from the bike started to twist and bend from use. Even the small silver metal brackets that go between the bike and the arms were bent. She never had a major wipe out while on these wheels to cause such damage. They just warped from normaI’ve had other training wheels with other bikes in the past that have been made of a stronger steel than what these are made of, and they never twisted once. These are not the strongest option for durable training wheels.

These are just too small. I thought I could make them work on a 30 inch wheel but no.I am in chemo and radiation and too weak to ride so need help holding the bike up…

These were an amazing find and buy , my son whose 5 has a line green hot wheels bike and the color was exactly the same! You’d never know they didn’t Originally come with the bike. And they light up depending on the speed and pressure being put on that wheel at the time! My son absolutely loved that! But within a month he learned how to ride without them. I have two more boys younger I’m sure we will use them again! Even going through puddles the lights still work! Definitely recommend and would buy again!!!

Pretty flimsy, the units bent after one week, they need to install a brace at the angled part to stabilize and strengthen.
