We ordered these to replace our daughter's other chalk set and it's been a hit! The pieces are super cute and well made. It comes with a smaller piece of chalk that acts like a candle for the cupcake chalk! The colors are vibrant and they are easy to hold and use! Another win for Melissa & Doug!

Great pigmented color, super cute and very durable. My kids have left these in the rain next to other brands. The others absorb the water and disintegrate, but. It these. Just as solid as they were pre-rain.

Big hit at our 4yo girl’s birthday party. Each child used the chalk (well made) to create their own drawing of an ice cream treat. The kids were able to swap out colors amongst themselves without it breaking. Took up several minutes too! Pricier than other options but worth it for the theme and use!

This is a great option for something different for the kids to use for sidewalk chalk. It sparks imagination for them and keeps their attention longer than "normal" chalk would. These last a long time and are easy for toddlers to hold since they're bigger than normal chalk. Would highly recommend this!

I gave this as a gift to a little girl, and she was excited. The set looks nice and giftable in its box. Even better, this is a gift that can be used up until there is nothing left. Less clutter!

Who would have known that “desert shaped†made such a huge difference vs regular chalk. Our toddler loves this chalk and plays pretend “baking†with them, counts and names their colors as well as draws with them (and they’ve held up after SEVERAL daily drops in the driveway). I wish Melissa and Doug would make more “food shaped†chalks..as these have been a HUGE hit! Would (and probably will) purchase again! Excellent value and quality for the price.
