I’ve purchased M&D table & chair sets, lift top desk and chairs and this table. ALL are outstanding quality and very easy to assemble. Note: ( just in case you were trying to match this item to another) this table is square. The table that comes with the 2 chairs is rectangle.

I am not sure why I am being asked to return this item, I ordered as a replacement for the table that was broken in the set I bought earlier in the year and the company would no replace it.

I have to agree with the other two bad reviews, Bill h and Carol. I must have got your table. I bought the used table, was told it would look and function as if it were new. Well maybe if they learned how to drill the holes the same size that will fit the bolts, maybe it would function as a table. It seems to me that this company takes returns back when there's an issue " that's reported" And obviously they don't fix the issue, which would be a very simple issue for them to fix, they just sent it Right back out to somebody else, so The next consumer, me, has to deal with the same issues. They don't even bother, to drill the hole just a little teeny bigger so it might fit the bolts. As you can see by my photo of Just one of the four legs, the difference in the whole sizes, and you can see by the other photo of how the bolts only goes 3/4 of the way on one of the other legs. I didn't buy this table to be a kids table, I bought it because it said it can hold a large capacity, as I have a very expensive piece of equipment that's coming tomorrow morning, that weighs 60 lb. Which is a lot less than the maximum capacity. Now I don't have a table to put my equipment on,thanks to this so-called furniture company. Everyone, do yourself a favor, don't waste your money, whether it's new or used. This company shouldn't even be in business, since they can't even build a 24x24 table.

I highly recommend this table. I bought it for my two year old after our prior table broke while we were coloring on it. This table has been very study and is aesthetically pleasing. I definitely recommend it!

Originally thought this table was pretty sturdy for the price. I was under the impression this was made of wood, but turns out it's just particle board. The wood has began to split from each other. This table is also very easily stained.

I returned the first table we received because the bolts would not screw in to the pre-drilled holes. All the washers and bolts were loose in the box and you could tell that the package that was to hold them had been opened before. I returned it and had the exact same problem with the second one including loose parts in the box. Using a power screw driver which they say not to do I was able to get all the bolts in but one. Seems sturdy enough so am keeping it because I don’t want the hassle of returning it again. Surprised at the lack of quality from Melissa &Doug. I do not recommend.
