I bought this pump because its affordable, portable, hands free and it uses dewalt 20V batteriesVery convenient, set the pressure, hook up to tire and hit the trigger and you will get the desired pressure to within 1/10 of a poundMostly on quad and gator tires along with trailer tiresIt also gets put in the trunk for road tripsThis is a really great tool that's very convenient and I'm really glad I bought it

I was surprised at how powerful this little, cordless compressor is! The battery is also long lasting and charges fast. You can set the desired pressure and set it down knowing it will stop when that is reached. Also, digital readout of the current pressure. My experience has been with truck tires,, but I would imagine it will be great when I'm topping off my bike tires as well.

Nicely done. Have used it a few times and it works well, as well as the 12v car tire inflators I have. Really convenient. No cords to mess with is a big plus. Fitting the Dewalt 20v battery line is another big plus. Recently pumped up 5 tires that had been in winter storage. These were at about 20psi. The pump made reasonably quick work of bring them up to 36 psi. The auto shut off feature is great. Runs really well with a 5 Ahr Dewalt battery. Not sure where the charge on the battery was. But it had almost half remaining after inflating the 5 tire. The pump seems to be reasonably well built. It has a big (cooling I would think) fan inside which blows a lot of air out of it. Never got warm. It also looks like they have a battery pin that connects to the battery temperature sensor. I would think that means they using it for the temperature cut off. What I didn’t check was a low voltage cutoff, so not sure on that.Down side, hence the 4 stars… The electronics don’t remember the last pressure setting when the battery is removed or when it auto shuts down. It is fine if it hasn’t yet shut down. Going from tire to tire was fine. Having to reset it is annoying if interrupted for too long or needing to change the battery. The other issue is that this thing is loud. >90 dB at 3 ft or less.4 stars because I do like it. It met/exceeded my expectations especially for the price, but disappoint with its issues. I can live with those, though. I would recommend it.

I own a Ram 2500 Pickup truck that I installed airbags in for towing our RV. The bags I installed are manual fill, and need a shot of air once a week or so.But finding or dragging out the air compressor for a 2 second puff of air was inconvient. This battery operated cordless air compressor fits under my rear seat, and is very convient to use, and works quite well.I like how it shuts off when at the selected PSI.

I have many compressors, but I realized that many of them require me to plug them in, so in order to use them, I have to drive my cars way up to my garage and I have to use an extension to reach, etc etc and it can be a hassle for a quick top off. Having this compressor that's handheld and uses my Milwaukee batteries, makes it SO much easier to just grab, pop in a battery, and walk out to wherever the car is, without having to move my car to my garage. This convenience is worth the purchase alone. The additional features, such as auto stop, and the provided attachment holder on it are just bonuses that make it even more worth it.The build quality itself is a little cheaper feeling and definitely mostly plastic, but I have not had any issues with performance so I won't let that affect my review. Would recommend.

I waited a few months to review. I have used this successfully on my passenger cars, HD truck tires (up to 80psi) and 37 inch jeep tires. It may take it a while on larger volume/high psi tires, but you just set it on desired pressure and walk away. It will stop automatically. It seems to be very easy on battery life. I have a 6 amp DeWalt battery on mine and it shows full charge after a good bit of use over 2 months. I haven't tried to refill a flat car tire, but going from 70 to 80 psi on my 2500HD truck tires is a breeze. On a lark, I tried it on a huge 120 psi motorhome tire, and that is too much for it. I put it in the vehicle for trips, and even carry it in the UTV at the deer lease. I have only 2 small negatives to offer. (1) The psi reading on mine is off about 2 psi (i have several high-quality tire pressure gauges). I do recommend "calibrating" yours by comparing it to some other accurate pressure reading device if you are aiming for exact pressures. (2) the hose is a bit short. On some of my larger tires (20-22 inch rims) if the valve stem is close to 12 o'clock, you can't hook up this thing and leave it sitting on the ground. Instead, you have to roll the tire, or try to perch it somewhere on the tire rim. Overall, I'm very happy with this, and it's so much cheaper than the bulky DeWalt portable.

Does exactly what I expected it to do. It’s great for checking and maintaining the air in your vehicles. Also tire pressure in my riding mower Easy to use set the desired pressure and pull the trigger. Recommend to anyone who uses Dewalt tools.

Since I already had the batteries I thought this might be worth a try and I'm glad I did! I have been using this on almost a daily basis lately due to a slow leak in two of my car tires. I know that doesn't sound right, and I don't recommend it, but my tires are expensive and still have 10k+ miles to go. To be fair to me, originally the leak was really slow taking a month or so before I got a low tire warning. I tried to get the tire fixed a few weeks ago and they didn't have my tires. Now I just need to make the appointment and get them replaced. The good news is that I have been able to give this inflator a solid test.My only complaint is that I bought this inflator for both car tires and to inflate soccer balls and I find that it sometimes doesn't want to pump up my soccer ball. It does work, but not as reliable.

Don't know how reliable it is, but as far as functionality it is a very handy device.Light, pretty precise, smart and simple-to-use with Dewalt standard batteries.I also have two Bosch batteries, and with a 20$ adapter use them as well.
