Ordered these for an electronic melting point apparatus but found that they were slightly off spec (diameter was too big) and would not fit. The Amazon return was easy. What really surprised me was that the seller read the reason for the return then sent a tube of replacements that were a little smaller at no charge with a very thoughtful note. Wow, you rarely see this level of customer service anymore. Thank-You so much and I wish your company all the best !
