Is really cute but it came cracked around the edge, about half way around the whole thing. And the red beads are falling off every where

It looks good. However, some of the little beads around welcome were missing as well as some of the red beads that make up the hearts. Disappointing cause if it was not missing those pieces, it would be a really nice piece. Now I have to figure out how to fix that before Christmas.
