The size is so small, it had to be on purpose. Sorry if you want an actual 4XL, you're out of luck. It's labeled 4XL, but it simply is not true. That's false advertising an I'm sure returning this is going to be a hassle :(If you're a 3XL, go to 4XL especially for overseas companies.

Quality is as expected. 4X definitely fits more like a 3X. It fits for my purposes. But definitely not true to size…

This vest was a Christmas gift for my son who is into heavy metal. He’s sewing g band patches all over the vest for an upcoming concert. He’s thrilled! Good quality and hold the patches well. Highly recommended this vest.
