Was looking for shorts for setting up and tearing down drums for gigs here in hot and humid South Florida. These do the job. Zipper cargo pockets are slim but large capacity and keep big cell phone and small equipment secure. Slash pockets are deep enough to keep wallet and keys secure. Haven't even used the rear pockets. Shorts have plenty of give and are super lightweight. Moisture wicking for sopping up all the heat and humidity-induced sweat. These ain't stylish, but aren't too dorky either.

Just got them. Sizing correct, light, strechy, nice overall. Like them and if they hold up, I'll get more. However, they are NOT ripstop as described. If that's a deal breaker for you, go elsewhere.

He says the fabric is lightweight and surprisingly flexible. They fit really well and so far they’ve held up good as far as resisting oil spots. He loves them and I had to order more.

I read most of the reviews about these shorts an would agree 100% with this one.“ These are nice shorts - stretchy and well made. What I don’t like are the pockets; they aren’t very deep, and I feel like my keys will fall out when I sit. Wouldn’t buy again.â€I find the side front pockets pretty much useless. In my case my phone barely fits and when I sit it falls out. When I fit it sideways in these pockets you can see the outline of the phone. These shorts would no be my first choice.My recommendation make the front pockets deeper and you will have a ver nice fashionable, and functional men’s pair of shorts.

I have now purchased 12 pairs of these! After 2 years of heavy wear and tear at work one of them finally got a hole in it. They last a long time and have a stretchy band for more room if you need it. My husband is 5'7" 140lbs and he has had the hardest time finding shorts that would stay on him. These do not fall off and do not cause red marks on him. They are quick dry. We went to an amusement park and we went onto a water ride. He made fun of me for 30 minutes because he was dry within a minute of getting off the ride! He uses them for work and for the weekend and he stays dry out in 110 degree weather.
