1. Look at the Size Chart in the detail picture. The values are the measurements of the vest itself, not our body.
2. Check the "Chest" on the Size Chart, measure your chest circumference, then choose a "Chest" value from the Size Chart, which should be at least 3-4 inches larger than your own chest.
3. Based on the "Chest" value in the second step, check the corresponding "Length" and "Shoulder", compare your Height and Weight, confirm if the size you have chosen is good.

If you are Standard body shape, and
Your Chest 40", recommend vest size: Small (fit).
Your Chest 42", recommend Medium (fit) or Large (slightly large).
Your Chest 44", recommend Large (fit) or XL (slightly large).
Your Chest 48", recommend XXL (fit).
Your Chest 50", recommend 3XL (fit) or 4XL (loose fit).
Your Chest 56", recommend 6XL (fit) or 7XL (slightly large).
If you are a plus size man or have a beer belly, please choose the size based on the larger value of your chest and waist, and choose the larger one between two similar suitable sizes.

Great value! I wear a women's large, and ordered a man's large, and it was a perfect fit. Of course it is not shaped, but I didn't expect it to be. I found it to be of very good quality for the money and not with the flaws that many of the negative reviewers reported. It would be great if this was made in a woman's size with a little more tapering under the arms, but it will serve my travel needs well. Light-weight, the khaki is a very neutral color, tons of pockets which will hold anything you need to carry. I looked at a lot of vests before I bought this, and I think I got a super value for the money.

I ordered 2 of these vests; one Large, one Medium. I normally wear a Large, and the Large was a perfect fit, but I could have lived with the Medium sized vest, too. I love the pockets, so many options, inside and out; two 16.9 oz bottles of water fit in a single, unzipped front pocket!The only real issue I have with both "Men's" vests is the zipper is on the "Ladie's" side, which tempted me to return both items, and is the reason for 4 stars. Otherwise, the quality and durability are as expected for this type of item.Maybe the seller can confirm proper zipper placement prior to shipping?Waist adjustment pull-straps exist to the rear on both sides.Polyester material retains body heat.

This is the second vest I have purchased. The first one was a mesh back and it was quite sad. This one seems to be much better quality even though you need to go up a couple of sizes if your gut is too big. Has a zipper front closure and many pockets. The only negative is all the velcro that is used on the pockets. Just a personal preference that I prefer snaps. I have removed some of the velcro and will be installing snaps to make me happy.

Sizing is way off. I went by their size chart. An even order bigger than normal an it is still to small I wear 3xlt in carhartt order 6xl by their sizing an yeah still could not even come close to zipping it up

I have had this vest for a couple of weeks so my review is for initial quality and features of this vest. I bought mine for travel to keep all documents and keys handy. Here are the Pros and Cons:Pros: Looks nice, with many pockets: 5 zippered outside pockets, 2 zippered inside pockets, 5 Velcro outside pockets, the pocket sizes vary from large to small and seem adequate for all my travel needs including keys, phone, tickets, travel documents and wallets.Cons: The material is thin and zippers are delicate plastic. Having read other reviews, I will be very careful not to be rough-and-tumble with this vest but time would tell how long it would last.In short, it looks nice and practical and should work for your needs in delicate and gentle environments. It does not seem sturdy enough for fishing and rough outdoor activities and can easily be ripped. If the material was like thick denim jackets with metal zipper, I would rate it with 5 stars.

The Men's Poplin Outdoors Travel Sports Multi-Pockets Work Fishing Vest, was purchased during December of 2022 for the price of $26.69. As of today, it is available for the price of $21.27 (November22, 2024).This cotton/polyester vest was purchased to accompany shirts that have no pockets as outer wear. Specifically, I obtained this vest to wear with a black woolly pully roll neck commando sweater...which has absolutely no pockets...but could be worn outdoors on cool days without any other covering. The vest has many pockets for all of the items that one would like to have handy as the day unfurls.This is the 3rd season during which I am using this vest and it hasn't revealed any defects as of yet. Make sure you recall exactly which pocket has what item as it is possible to have a slip of the memory....just a little humor because it definitely can occur at times...I purchased this vest in black and would gladly purchase another should the need arise.
