I bought this for my husband who works construction and I LOVE how it looks on him! It really brings out his shoulders and arm muscles and is a little more loose on the stomach area. He says its perfect for summer because it absorb moisture really well not making it soaked. Its also great for winter giving him that extra cover not overheating him. The material does not shrink even after hundreds of times it being washed. When he raises his arms it doesn’t go over his belly meaning it has a good size. The quality is great overall he loved it and I did too! For reference he is 6’2 weighs 245 and is a wide shoulder man. I got him an XL.

I use this in the water while snorkeling. This is a nice stretchy material and seems to be well made. I have long arms and these are a perfect length for me. I'll buy this again when I need to replace my other rash guard.

In the summertime in Florida it is absolutely brutal not only the heat but the actual Sun. These shirts have been a lifesaver for keeping the sun off my arms when I'm working in the yard or riding on my motorcycle. They breathe very easily and they don't chafe. Now I can ride my motorcycle in the direct sunlight and I don't get burned and I can still get plenty of air flow. I'm probably going to buy more of these

Light weight with great color but fights tight like a rash guard vs looser sun shirt fit. I will never again believe an Amazon review of free product that claims a product is oversized, burned too many times now
