I'm a casual dresser, having retired many years ago. I now only wear comfortable and casual pants and shorts as I live in a warm beach area.These linen pants are thin and loose fitting, PERFECT! I just have to be careful when washing as they are 100% cotton and I don't want them to shrink. I ordered the XL size and they fit just right, I definitely don't want them to shrink by washing in hot water. Minor detail of having such a cool pair of casual pants.The color is neutral so I can wear almost any kind of t-shirt or collared shirt with these.

I appreciate that these are 100% cotton, however they're not soft cotton. They have an elastic waist and drawstring, so the sizing is pretty forgiving. I have a 29" waist and 31" inseam and the medium are the right fit for me.

These are baggy and look like they are going to be comfortable pajama or lounge pants until you try them on.The fabric is awful, coarse and scratchy. It is of a similar consistency to a rough table cloth or curtain. They are not comfortable at all. I tried using fabric softener to soften them up but it doesn’t work. I cannot wear them, especially to bed.I don’t know why in the world they would use the fabric they did, especially because the construction and stitching was otherwise very good. They are very unpleasant to the touch.
