So what's to like? The good thing is there are no sleeves! The sleeved versions of this same shirt will only fit a bean pole of a man. If you have any type of muscle in your arms (fore arm or bicep) the sleeved version will be VERY tight. The general size of these shirts run about two full sizes SMALL, so don't be afraid to go big, as they WILL shrink!! The Fabric is nice. The cut of the length hits about the bottom of your belt, unless you have a tall torso, in which case you might get a bit of a belly shirt. It is not traditional tunic length. The neck hole is slit and laced down to almost your sternum. The fabric breaths OK in warm weather and I didn't feel hot and sweaty after a long day at a festival in the sun. The shirt is fine as is or is prime for embellishment and historical customizing (highly recommended!). Overall it is an OK shirt if you size it up.

I am happy with the color, texture and overall quality. It is just as pictured. However I would warn that these shirts are somewhat on the thinner side and not true to size. This was my third purchase of this shirt from this same manufacturer but each shirt was purchased in a different color. This time, I made sure to get one size larger. I also should warn you about shipping time. I was supposed to receive this on Monday with Prime two day shipping. It was delayed and rescheduled for Wednesday, two days later. That ended up being delayed yet again for another two more days and was finally delivered today on Friday. Keep that in mind if you need to have this by a specific time or for a specific event like I did.

Purchased this tunic as part of a Medieval costume. Don't expect to wear it often, so wasn't concerned about durability but it seems well made, so it should be fine for as often as I want to wear. Fits very nicely, like the way the shoulder and neck enhance physique. Chose brown tunic that matched well with gray pant.

This is actually a great quality tunic that fits way better than expected. I had purchased this for cosplay at the renaissance fair, but the quality would lend this to common wear around the house. The fit is spot on for medium slim. If you are a heavy meade and turkey leg enjoyed you may want to select one size up. Overall a great purchase.

I am a 2XL and ordered a 3XL and it is a bit tight and short. And will shrink still.
