I got this for my hubby. He just has a few extra pounds that needed smoothing out. 😊He wears a 2XL, but with the size chart, he needed a 3XL. He wore it under a soft shirt and there were no bulges! It also was not so snug that he won’t wear it again. It has netting so it doesn’t get too warm either. I say it is a definite win and I need one made for women!

I know these run tight to begin with, but these do seem to run a little small.Got it for my soon son who plays football and needs the added support. He’s on the big side, but the shirt fits, just very snug.Quality materials and well put together, recommend it if needed.Hope this helps, thanks for looking.

This is well made, but runs very small. If you're a usa small, order xl. This is supportive and comfortable, strong construction should last a long time

Bought this for someone to use under suit shirt but it didn't work as intended, didn't really "hold" anything in. Returned.

While it is very constricting, the bands did not line up on my husband. Would have been better if it was just full compression without the bands. My son even tried it. I guess it would depend on where you need the most compression. My husband was long waisted and it did not work for him.

I weigh 155 pounds and am 6 feet tall. I choose size L and it fits me perfectly. I'm not fat, but no matter how hard I work out or diet, I have a little tummy, lower belly fat that never seems to go away, and then thrives in walking ISUP clothing. It makes me look so much better.There are other uses for this item. If you sweat outside and put it under a hoodie, it will keep your sweat away from your pretty clothes.It's the best back support I've ever used when I'm moving heavy things, it really allows you to activate your muscles better and it's a great workout. My posture got better when I wore the ISUP Compression Shirt! Made me feel more agile because my body felt slimmer.
