Great journal. Have been using it for a few days and it’s a good tracker to fill out at the end of the day. Takes about 6-8 minutes no more than 10. It is great if you are seeing professional help for these things, ex a doctor.great overall.

My mental health is always something I am working on. I have been journaling for a long time, but this past year got a bit out of routine with it. I was feeling stuck and unsure what to write. This journal has really helped me - I feel like I have the space to reflect about my day and hold myself accountable to my daily needs. I love that it asks about my mood, my eating habits, what I could of done differently, and more! It's honestly something I always want to have on hand. It is the perfect journal to wind down with before bed.

The quality of this book is so nice! I can’t believe it is only about $10. The variety of prompts within the book are so unique and helpful. I wish I had something like this when I was a teenager. I think this would make such a good stocking stuffer for Christmas or a “just because†gift. You don’t have to have mental issues to find this helpful. All of the prompts just help guide you in journaling and processing any feelings. I would definitely recommend this journal.
