I end up having to throw the last bit out, because it's mostly dust, and kitty doesn't like that. It does indeed seem to have stopped furballs from forming. I'm not sure how it works, but somehow my cat seems to shed a lot less now.

My cats are a little picky about the food I give them. At first there was sniffing it and the oldest cat I have tried it and now all of them are just going to town on it. I'm switching to this product permanently.

I like the fact that it takes care of hair balls. If I run out of IAMS they eat this with relish. Smells fresh down to the crumbs at the bottom. I have been buying this for 5 years.

I have a long hair girl, who was constantly gagging up hair. Since she has been eating this ( about 6-ish months) I haven't been woken up to the sounds of her coughing something up. I don't know how this works, but it does.
