This is a very nice kit for birthday celebrations. It doesn't look like there's much in the package but once you unwrap it it's all there. We had to put the letters on the ribbon so they could be hung up. The ribbon looks cheap and flimsy. I should have used a different ribbon or some kind of twine. The green colors are nice. Quality cardboard that does not bend easily. You need tape or sticky tack to mount these items. I would buy this again

I used these decorations for a pool birthday party. The quality is great! I loved the size, pretty big and visible from far. You get plenty of decorations for the money. I didn't use all and still looked nice. The color is bright and exactly as described. The only thing I disliked was that you have to assemble the banner yourself. It's not hard but would save you some time if it came assembled.

This was so easy to put together and provided the perfect decoration. I think it can also all be saved and reused. There were even extra plastic pieces for the swirlies which was greatly appreciated! Happy with this purchase :)

This is pretty, and it looked nice when fully set up, which took FOREVER. Each piece had to be put together and strung and the dye of the plastic whirlies came off on my fingers and not all of the holes were pre-punched. Honestly, I would have been willing to pay more for something that involved less work for me. I'm not sure I would recommend this,honestly, even though it looked so nice when finally done.

Not bad, but you have to assemble everything, even letter by letter, which is a total pain and takes a lot of time
